I am pretty sure we will start to see demand for Web3 positions from CRM and UA to Operation and Product, and of course, DEV's special skill set.
3rd party services will start to play a role in this transformation/creation as well.
Personally, I believe that compliance and regulations must be part of the revolution, in order to avoid misuse of this new technology, making it safe for both the operator and the player.
To sum it up, like any new technology, it takes time to develop and adopt it, but at the end of the day, all arrows point in the same direction ➡️ It will become a new standard.
